NorthMed Health is partnering with a well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Mansfield, MA to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, permanent role, with flexibility for part-time candidates open to afternoon or evening shifts.
This outpatient PT position offers true one-on-one care, a mixed orthopedic and pelvic health caseload, and strong mentorship for new graduates. The clinic is known for its supportive culture, clinician-first mindset, and commitment to high-quality, individualized care.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic
Location: Mansfield, MA (Greater Boston area)
Schedule: Days with flexibility; evenings preferred but not required
Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered with evening availability) Patient Population: Mixed orthopedic with a high volume of pelvic health patients

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 base salary + revenue-based bonuses

WHAT SETS THIS ROLE APART

40-minute treatment sessions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide one-on-one outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Treat a mixed orthopedic and pelvic floor caseload
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Complete evaluations and documentation accurately and efficiently
Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license-eligible in Massachusetts
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
New graduates encouraged to apply
Interest in pelvic health strongly valued Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
