Position Highlights
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Schedule: Full-time, flexible weekdays | No weekends

Patient Population: General outpatient, orthopedics, sports-related conditions Compensation:
New Grad PTs starting around $80,000
Experienced PTs up to $105,000
Monthly incentive program (Year 1 typically $3,000-$4,000; high performers up to $15,000)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT) with 1:1 patient focus Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and progress patients through treatment Treat a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload Document efficiently and ethically with realistic productivity expectations Collaborate with a collegial, evidence-based clinical team
Participate in mentoring, clinical discussions, and professional development

Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license in process (Montana eligible)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
New graduate Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
Interest in outpatient orthopedic care
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
