NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (PT). This Monday-Friday role offers true one-on-one care, strong mentorship, and access to advanced clinical programs in a collaborative, clinician-first environment.
You’ll treat a diverse outpatient caseload while working alongside an experienced team in a practice known for its clinical excellence, supportive culture, and commitment to high-quality care.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Setting: Therapist-owned outpatient clinic
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (No weekends)
Location: Worcester, MA
Patient Population: Orthopedic, sports, neurological, vestibular, balance, amputee, aquatic
Compensation: $83,000-$100,000 base + bonuses (Estimated total comp $85,000-$115,000+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment as a Physical Therapist (PT) Provide one-on-one outpatient care across orthopedic and neurological populations
Treat patients within sports, vestibular, amputee, balance, and aquatic programs Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
Collaborate with clinic staff to support patient outcomes
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
Participate in mentorship, CE, and specialty program development

QUALIFICATIONS
DPT or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
Interest or experience in ortho, neuro, vestibular, sports, or aquatics
Strong communication and documentation skills
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to one-on-one care
