Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000
Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting as a Physical Therapist (PT) Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on functional outcomes Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Maryland or eligibility required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
