NorthMed Health is partnering with a well-established physical therapy practice on the North Shore of Massachusetts to hire a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide outpatient treatment in patients’ homes, offering variety, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one care.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy building patient relationships, value autonomy in their day, and want a balance between a traditional clinic setting and community-based care.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Orthopedic, post-op, mobility-focused outpatient patients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient physical therapy care in home-based settings
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based treatment focused on functional mobility and independence
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with other therapists and leadership to ensure continuity of care

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) or license-eligible in Massachusetts
Comfortable working independently in home-based settings
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Outpatient or home-based experience preferred; new grads considered
