Salary Range: $85 – 105k + Yearly Bonus

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients through history, assessment, and goal-setting.
Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery and functional independence.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on education and engagement.
Collaborate with directors, aides, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
Accurately document progress per company standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in mentorship, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
Contribute to a team culture rooted in values.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
Active Physical Therapy license in MA (or eligibility prior to start).
Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic skills, and manual therapy expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
